Liquid Form Fit Liners
Grayling™ form-fit liquid liners from ILC Dover are designed to reduce labor while minimizing waste and product residual during filling and dispensing bulk liquids.
The form-fit liner is designed to closely match the interior dimensions of the IBC without creating any folds, creases, or gussets to trap material during filling or dispense.

Specifications
Grayling™ form fit liquid liners are manufactured to match the footprints of the leading industry IBCs, including Buckhorn Caliber, Arena Shipper, Horen OptiFlow and other IBCs. Liner sizes typically range from 32” square up to 48” square.
Our liquid liners are produced from FDA compliant LDPE and are available in 3.2 mil and 4.0 mil gauges and in 2 ply and 3 ply constructions. Barrier films are available for oxygen-sensitive applications. We offer both top-fill and bottom fill liquid liners. Fill and dispense fitments or valves are available in diameters of 28mm or 38mm and in various 2” and 3” styles. A 1” aseptic fitment is also available for automatic filler compatibility.
